What if I don't like the initial sketch? +
No worries! We'll work with you to revise the design until you're completely happy. We typically allow 2-3 rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Your satisfaction is our priority before we start creating.
Can I make changes once you start creating the piece? +
Minor adjustments are possible in the early stages, but major changes may require starting over with additional costs. That's why we spend time perfecting the design sketch first!
What's included in the 50% deposit? +
The deposit covers design time, material sourcing, and secures your spot in our creation queue. It's non-refundable once we begin work, but we'll work with you to ensure you love the final design before starting.
Do you ship outside the United States? +
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We use secure packaging and reliable carriers to ensure your custom piece arrives safely.
What types of fossils do you work with? +
We specialize in ammonites, shark teeth, trilobites, and other marine fossils. All fossils are ethically sourced and authentic. We can also work with specific fossils you provide, subject to our quality and safety standards.
What's the price range for custom pieces? +
Custom pieces typically range from $50-$800+ depending on size, complexity, and fossil rarity. Simple pendants start around $50, while elaborate statement pieces can be $500+. We'll provide an exact quote after discussing your vision.
How long does the custom process take? +
Our typical timeline is 2-3 weeks for most custom pieces, though complex designs may take longer. We don't offer rush orders for custom work as each piece requires careful attention to detail and proper curing time.
